Good morning All, 👋🏻 I’ve been up since 6.30am... so an early start for me! Anyway, I’m doing the key worker giveaway slightly differently this week... Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford has been amazing for me. The Breast unit there is outstanding for its care & support to all women. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful NHS WORKERS over the last year, it’s been an honour. So today I had a follow up appointment & decided to gift candles to my amazing surgeon, Ms. Gandamihardja, my radiographer, Miss. McDonald, & my nurse, Angela. I have seen these wonderful ladies every week to 10 days since my surgery last year. No matter how difficult the circumstances, they are always there to greet me with a smile. Without these ladies, and my operation, my life would have been very different. So, thank you ladies! You really are the best! Tonight I will be clapping for them & for all the other wonderful Key Worker Superheroes out there on the front line. Stay safe everyone & lots of love 💝💫🌸 Tiffany

Sometimes you are inspired to do whatever it takes... but most times you do whatever your wife wants you to! We needed to increase production of our hand poured candles and the double boilers available to buy were either very expensive or too small for our requirements... So, we called on the help of two great ladies. First came Eleanor, on the left, strong and capable with all the bells and whistles... Then along came Maggie, a newer, slimmer model but just as tough! The two are happy co-workers now and keep our vegan soy wax humming... Watch this space for new models and production ideas as we grow! Joe

There are a few little "to do's" that make your candles last longer and burn better. When you first light your new candle, allow the wax pool to melt all the way to the edge of the container. This can take 1-2 hours depending on the size of the candle. Please resist the urge to light it for a short time to check the scent. What this does is create a ‘memory pool’ and every burn after will create tunnelling which wastes precious wax along the sides of the container. You may find that you don’t get as much scent from the first hour of your new candle. This is normal as a candles scent throw gets stronger as it heats up. Make sure your wick is straight up and your candle is kept away from drafts or potential high traffic areas. It will burn more cleanly and safely if undisturbed. Remember, always trim your wick before each burn. Ensure you remove any larger blooms on the wick. Once lit again, only snuff the flame once the entire top layer of wax is liquid to prevent tunnelling, as described above. Never leave your candles unattended and definitely do not leave them burning overnight! Four hours is really the maximum time you should allow for each burn of your candle. Never let the candle burn down to the wick sustainer. This can make the container very hot and ruin whatever it's resting on so always extinguish your candle with around 1cm of wax left at the bottom. Please remember to recycle our glass and metal containers where possible... Our planet needs our help. Enjoy your Scents By Tiffany Candles! If you can, please mention us on social media... we are just getting started and every little helps! Love, Tiffany x
